Je suis sur flickr Miss Aniela, aka Natalie Dybisz, depuis plusieurs années et je suis tombé récemment sur son livre Le portrait créatif selon Miss Aniela que j’ai dévoré. Ce livre explique non seulement l’intention qui conduit aux magnifiques portraits qui ont fait la renommée de Miss Aniela, mais explique aussi la démarche qui conduit de la prise de vue au post-traitement. Les textes sont très instructifs, mais ce sont les photos qui sont vraiment l’essence de ce livre.

Ce qui m’amène aux livres photos publiés pas Miss Aniela, qui sont aux nombre de 3: self-gazing, multiplicity et abandoned. J’ai envie aujourd’hui de mettre en lumière le premier d’entre-eux, qui se révèle être une véritable source d’inspiration pour tout amoureux des portraits.

En effet, quoi de plus facile et difficile à la fois que de se mettre soi-même en scène? Quel meilleur modèle pour exprimer ses émotions, dévoiler ses pensées, que soi-même?

Bref, self-gazing m’a fait l’effet d’une grande baffe dans la gueule: l’art de la mise en scène y est développé avec une attention très poussée et le post-traitement prend ici tout son sens. Un régale pour tout photographe de portrait en manque d’inspiration!
